Innovative technology
3D-DXA converts routine DXA images into 3D femur visualizations, separating cortical and trabecular compartments to provide enhanced diagnostic information and microstructure insights.

Regulatory & manufacturing
STRATOS, STRATOS DR are Class IIb medical device manufactured by APELEM SAS and bear the CE marking. These x-ray bone densitometer are certified in the European Union under Medical Device Regulation 2017/745/EU by SGS BELGIUM NV (CE1639) exclusively for the indication to perform X-ray bone densitometry examinations. Other non-medical uses (orthopedics, bone age, Cobb angle and sarcopenia) ascribed to this device are not within the scope of CE certification, and users should be aware product performance and/or safety has not been evaluated by SGS BELGIUM NV for those purposes.
