This model is designed for continuous sealing of paper-plastic bags, 3D paper-plastic bags and paper-paper bags. The sealing process satisfies the requirements of high-temperature steam sterilization, low-temperature EO sterilization, plasma sterilization and radiation sterilization. Seal quality meets corresponding international standards. Stainless steel and carbon steel models, as well as rolling worktable are optional.

Main Characteristics

• Three-line high-light LED display, touchable keyboard, temperature setting.
• Temperature controlled by microcomputer, accuracy ±1%, working temperature 60~220℃;
• High-speed increase of temperature: only 60s required from 20℃to 180℃ and only 10s required from 120℃to 180℃. Highly efficient and energy saving;
• Safe operation: If the sealing temperature is out of setting more than ±4℃, the machine will automatically stop working, which effectively guarantees the seal quality and safety.
