Description

The SCM487-UV-TR camera is a high-performance imaging solution designed for specialized applications that require precision and high sensitivity. Key features include: Sensor: It utilizes the Sony Pregius IMX487 Global Shutter CMOS sensor, which has a resolution of 2480×2480 pixels, with pixel dimensions of 2.74×2.74µm. This sensor offers high image quality and fast frame rates. Mount and Adapter: The camera has a M42 mount, with an adjustable C-Mount adapter, making it versatile for a wide range of lenses and setups. Triggering: It introduces an external trigger I/O function, enhancing its synchronization with other equipment or systems. Frame Rate: At full resolution, the camera can achieve a maximum frame rate of 45fps, which allows for smooth capture of high-detail images. Sensitivity and Exposure: The camera is highly sensitive, capable of capturing wavelengths from as low as 190nm (ultraviolet range), and it offers low noise performance. The exposure time can be set as long as 15 seconds, making it suitable for low-light or extended exposure applications. Additionally, it has selectable conversation gain for better control over image quality. Software and Connectivity: The camera is bundled with EHDView software and an SDK for integration into custom applications. It connects via USB 3.0, ensuring fast data transfer. There is also a lite version of EHDView available for Mac OS and Linux systems, broadening compatibility. RG Version: A RG (Removing Glass) version is also available, where the sensor comes without the cover glass, which can be useful for certain applications that require maximum sensitivity or to work in specific spectral ranges.
