Overview
The Class 1 Connect biosafety cabinet provides operator protection against biological agents up to ACDP Hazard Group 3. Designed for laboratories performing manipulations through the front aperture, the cabinet achieves protection by controlled inward airflow and efficient exhaust filtration. The Siemens touchscreen HMI enables local and remote access and can be integrated with a Building Management System (BMS).

The Controls
The Siemens Unified Panel HMI provides a touchscreen interface and BMS integration capability. The cabinet is controlled by a Siemens G2 PLC with encrypted communications for cyber security.
