Magicscript thermostable reverse transcriptase II was modified specifically to increase the temperature adaptation interval of the product (higher thermal stability and longer half-life).
Introduction
Magicscript thermostable reverse transcriptase III completely removed RNase H activity, and at the same time, the reverse transcriptase fragments of different species were inserted into different structural regions. This product has excellent thermal stability, the residual activity can reach almost 100% at 55℃.

One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 1 nmol of dTTP into acid-insoluble material in 10 minutes at 37°C using poly(rA)•oligo(dT) as template/primer.
Product Features
♦ Magicscript thermostable reverse transcriptase II: The optimal temperature range is 37-45℃. , and its RNaseH activity is 1/3 of wild type MLV
♦ When the temperature exceeds 45℃ (below 65℃), the residual activity will decrease with the increase of temperature, but it can still maintain at least 70% activity
♦ RNaseH activity is 1/3 of wild type MLV
♦ Recommended in one-step reaction methods such as RT-PCR/RT-RDA/RT-LAMP/RT-HDA
