Description

The Taq 2.0 is DNA Polymerase that has being antibody-modified. It can be activated within 4min under 95℃. The PCR product amplified with this product has an "A" base attached to the 3' end, which can be directly used for TA cloning. Introduction The Magigen Taq 2.0 is DNA Polymerase that has being antibody-modified. It can be activated within 4min under 95℃. The PCR product amplified with this product has an "A" base attached to the 3' end, which can be directly used for TA cloning. Unit Definition Using activated salmon sperm DNA as a template/primer, the amount of enzyme required for 10nmol deoxynucleotide ingestion into acid insoluble substances is defined as 1 active unit (U) at 74°C, within 30 minutes. Product Features The Taq 2.0 is a point-mutated, antibody-modified, heat-resistant Taq DNA polymerase with 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity and double-stranded DNA-specific 5'-3' exonuclease activity without 3'-5' exonuclease activity. Compared to wild-type Taq DNA polymerase, it has better salt resistance, its half-life increases to 30 minutes at 95°C, has a reaction speed of 15s/kb, and can be fully activated after 30 seconds of heating. This product is equipped with a reaction system for probe qPCR using gene-specific primers (GSPs).
