PDmini is a multi-functional hand therapy table designed for middle and late stages of pediatric hand-function rehabilitation. It provides 12 separate movement training modules and four independent resistance groups to train fingers and wrists, improving joint mobility, muscle strength and endurance, hand flexibility, coordination and proprioception. The table supports simultaneous rehabilitation for up to four patients to increase clinical efficiency.
ApplicationSuitable for hand rehabilitation in departments such as rehabilitation, neurology, orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, hand surgery and geriatrics. Recommended for hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community clinics and care institutions.
Features- 12 targeted hand-function training modules enabling differentiated exercises for various hand dysfunctions.
- Four independent resistance groups for safe, graded resistance training and individualized progression.
- Design for simultaneous use by up to 4 patients to optimize therapy throughput in clinical settings.
- Integration of cognitive and hand-eye coordination tasks to support functional cortical reorganization.
- Non-motorized mechanical design requiring active patient-driven movement (suitable for patients with muscle strength level 2 or higher).
12 Training Modules (details)- 1. Finger flexion: trains finger flexor strength, joint mobility and endurance.
- 2. Horizontal pulling: trains grasp ability, joint mobility and coordination of arm and finger joints.
- 3. Vertical pulling: trains grasp ability, joint mobility and upper-limb coordination.
- 4. Thumb training: trains thumb mobility and fine control of finger movements.
- 5. Wrist flexion and extension: trains wrist joint mobility, flexion/extension strength and motor control.
- 6. Forearm rotation: trains forearm strength, joint mobility and motion control.
- 7. Full-finger gripping: trains finger joint mobility and gripping capacity.
- 8. Lateral pinching: trains finger joint coordination, mobility and pinch strength.
- 9. Finger stretching: trains digital joint mobility and finger extensor strength.
- 10. Ball gripping: trains finger joint mobility, muscle strength and finger-wrist coordination.
- 11. Columnar gripping: trains wrist mobility, strength and joint control.
- 12. Ulnoradial training: trains ulnoradial wrist mobility and associated muscle strength.
