Product descriptionHeparin Tube is used in blood collection for clinical plasma tests, emergency biochemistry and blood rheology. Lithium heparin or sodium heparin is supplied for hemorheology or emergency biochemistry. For sodium ion testing, use a lithium heparin tube. Invert 8–10 times after blood collection.
Features- Minimal interference with blood composition and no effect on erythrocyte size; does not cause hemolysis.
- Rapid plasma separation and wide operating temperature range.
- High compatibility with serum indices; anticoagulant heparin activates fibrinolysin while inhibiting thromboplastin to balance fibrinogen and fibrin, preventing fibrin strands during analysis.
- Most plasma indices are repeatable within 6 hours.
- Lithium heparin suitable for trace element testing without affecting sodium ion results.
- Optional plasma separation gel available for improved plasma quality.
Usage & handlingInvert tube 8–10 times after blood collection.
Recommended centrifugation speed: 3500–4000 r/min
Recommended centrifugation time: 3 min
