Description

Overview
MINIFAST is a laboratory/pilot freeze-dryer designed to meet R&D and small-batch production requirements while preserving technical performance comparable to production-scale units. Offered in MINIFAST 04 and MINIFAST 10 configurations, the series delivers shelf areas of 0.4 m2 and 1.1 m2. Product shelves are manufactured with IMA Life's patented FUSION™ technology to improve heat transfer, reduce operating costs and increase process reliability.

FUSION™ and FUSION PLUS™ shelves
MINIFAST shelves use IMA Life’s patented FUSION™ and FUSION PLUS™ designs. These shelves are lighter than conventional solutions, enhance thermal transfer and contribute to improved process consistency and reliability.

Ice condenser capacity
The ice condenser capacity for the MINIFAST range is 8–20 kg depending on model and configuration. Reported ultimate condenser operation temperature is −80°C; certain configurations list minimum condensing temperatures down to −85°C as standard.
