Overview
Omnys is a fully automated high-throughput batch blood testing system enabling high-resolution analysis of blood components, including ABO/D typing, serotyping, phenotyping, extended phenotyping and Indirect Antiglobulin Test (IAT). The platform performs multiplex assays with minimal sample volumes and integrates into standard transfusion laboratory workflows.

The Omnys solution is a high-throughput batch system covering automated sample handling from centrifugation to image analysis. Main modules include:

High-resolution versatile 8-wells foils
Omnys 8-wells foils support up to 20 high-definition assays per well. Example foil types: ABO/D, PHENO (Rh/Kell), ExtPHENO (extended phenotyping) and IAT configurations (1–3 wells/sample depending on throughput).

Software and reagents
Omnys provides instrument software for image interpretation, sample and instrument management and quality control tracking. The system uses ready-to-use reagents, standard controls and common buffers for routine transfusion testing.
