OMNYS Reader
Stand-Alone Laboratory Reader

OMNYS READER is a new stand-alone laboratory instrument specifically designed for OMNYS testing devices related reading procedures. With its ergonomic and minimalist design, it integrates seamlessly onto any laboratory workbench to guarantee the safe, high-resolution image acquisition of microarray-type testing devices from the very first use.

Please note: The OMNYS READER is a dedicated image acquisition and traceability management device. It does not directly process specimens, perform measurements, or generate diagnostic interpretations. Instead, it securely captures well-bottom images and associated metadata, transferring them to an independent downstream image analysis software module (such as the OMNYS Analyzer) for interpretation and result generation.

Key Features and Advantages:
Smart Hybrid Workflow: Seamlessly combines manual and automated steps. The operator manually positions the testing device and adjusts the focus, while the reader automatically handles identification code scanning and image acquisition.

Absolute Traceability: A dedicated barcode scanner registers the testing device and automatically recognizes it to prevent errors. It stores all acquisition metadata to accurately link the exact specimen, reagent, and test information to the acquired image.

Pinpoint Precision: A specialized manual handle allows laboratory technicians to slide the testing strip with extreme accuracy.

Smart Visual Interface: The digital screen faithfully replicates the physical structure of the strip, displaying the exact position in real time across the eight wells, marked from A to H.

Intuitive Software Guidance: The home screen provides a clear, modern pathway that validates every operational step. The system ensures comprehensive and standardized monitoring of the entire workflow.

Streamlined Image Capture: Once the upstream assay procedure is completed, the software intuitively guides the user to capture standardized, high-resolution images of each well bottom.
