OMNYS PHENO
Complete Rh, Kell, and Cw Profiling
OMNYS PHENO is a qualitative, multiplexed cell-capturing diagnostic test intended to pre-screen and characterize blood group from specimens.
The assay is designed to detect the presence of Rh-Kell antigens (E, C, e, c, K, Cw) on the surface of human erythrocytes. It is intended exclusively for use by laboratory professionals. OMNYS PHENO (RUO) is a Research Use Only analytical device.
Key Features and Advantages:
Antigen Profiling: Accurately identifies E, C, e, c, K, and Cw antigens on human erythrocytes in a single assay.
Multiplex Micro-Assay Format: Employs an 8-well foil configuration (1 well per sample), utilizing specific monoclonal antibodies printed directly onto the bottom of each well
Operational Principle: OMNYS PHENO (RUO) is a cell capturing multiplexed micro assay for blood group antigen detection. Antigen detection relies on the capture of red blood cells capture on the antibodies’ spots. Interaction between red blood cells and spotted antibodies leads to a visible red coloration, indicating the presence or absence of specific antigens on erythrocytes surface
Built-in Validation: Features integrated positive and negative controls within the assay to guarantee valid, actionable results.
Ecosystem Integration: Specifically designed for use alongside the OMNYS_Centrifuge, OMNYS_Reader, and OMNYS_Analyzer, ensuring standardized data exchange and consistent performance across the ecosystem.
Storage: Stores at standard room temperature (18–25°C) and remains stable and fit for use for up to 8 days after the first opening.
