Overview
The Inspectis F40s is a modular Full HD (1080p/60) digital microscope designed for industrial inspection, quality control, metrology and documentation. It integrates a 40:1 motorised megapixel zoom with fast centre-spot autofocus, an upgraded image sensor and on-board camera/lens controls in an industrial aluminium housing with UNC 1/4-20" mount and organised cable management for easy integration into stands and production lines.

Applications & Integration
The F40s supports optical inspection, metrology and documentation at a wide range of on-screen magnifications (typical ~2.5x–100x on a 28" monitor). With diopter macro lenses it can achieve higher on-screen magnifications (approx. 1414x, 0.43 mm field of view). Its compact single-cable industrial design enables in-line use and easy adaptation to production lines with Inspectis XY-travel stands. Remote control consoles and INSPECTIS© software options (Basics, Pro, ProX, OAI) extend measurement, capture and overlay capabilities.
