Description
  • The OCM 162 inverted microscope is intended for observation and analysis of cell and tissue cultures in laboratory environments; it features an ergonomic, stable frame and a large condenser working distance suited to culture vessels.
  • Trinocular tube fitted as standard to allow binocular observation and camera connection via a C-mount adapter.
  • 5 W LED transmitted illumination with adjustable intensity for bright-field imaging.
  • Abbe condenser N.A. 0.3 with aperture diaphragm and 72 mm working distance optimised for culture flasks, dishes and microplates; compatible with bright-field, phase contrast and fluorescence workflows.
  • Mechanical stage with specimen holder ∅110 mm; additional brackets for petri dishes are included or available as accessories.
  • Standard objectives: 10×, 20×, 40× and PH 20×; infinity plan optics and 5-position screw-in nosepiece.

  • A C-mount adapter is required to connect a camera (adapter sold separately).
