Labotemp Ozone Test Chamber LOC-101 is a precision-engineered system designed for reliable ozone testing of rubber and polymer materials under controlled environmental conditions. This ozone aging test chamber accelerates material aging by exposing samples to regulated ozone concentrations, controlled temperature (0–100 °C) and adjustable humidity. With a 250 L chamber capacity and combined static/dynamic sample holders delivering uniform 360° exposure, the LOC-101 is suited for laboratory evaluations in automotive, cable, sealing, tire and elastomer applications.

Design & Operation
Built for continuous laboratory use, the LOC-101 integrates a programmable color LCD touch-screen controller, high-accuracy PTR platinum temperature sensor (PT100Ω, Class A), mechanical compression refrigeration and a silent discharge ozone generator. Ozone concentration is controlled from 1–1000 PPHM with homogeneous airflow distribution. An active exhaust removes residual ozone to protect operators and the environment. Ethernet PC link and modular access points simplify monitoring and maintenance.
