Product OverviewLabotemp Ozone Test Chamber LOC-101 is a precision-engineered system for controlled ozone exposure testing of rubber, elastomer and polymer specimens. The chamber supports accelerated ozone aging by exposing samples to regulated ozone concentrations, controlled temperature (0–100°C) and adjustable humidity. With a 250 L internal volume and combined static/dynamic sample holders providing 360° uniform exposure, the LOC-101 is suited to laboratory evaluations for automotive, cable, sealing and elastomer applications.
Design and OperationThe LOC-101 integrates a programmable color touch-screen controller, high-accuracy PTR platinum temperature sensor (PT100Ω, A-class), mechanical compression refrigeration and a silent-discharge ozone generator. Ozone concentration control ranges 1–1000 PPHM with stable airflow distribution. An active exhaust system removes residual ozone for operator and environmental safety. The unit provides Ethernet PC link for data communication and modular access for maintenance.
