Labotemp Ozone Resistance Aging Test Chamber LOC-105 is a laboratory-grade ozone aging chamber engineered for accelerated ozone exposure testing of rubber, elastomers and polymer components. The unit features a 150 L SUS304 mirror-finish interior, adjustable ozone concentration from 0 to 1500 PPHM, and an operating temperature range of RT+10°C to 80°C to simulate ozone-induced surface cracking and material degradation under controlled conditions.

Key functional summary
The LOC-105 integrates a precision ozone generator and high-accuracy ozone sensor with PID touch-screen control to maintain stable concentrations throughout test cycles. Forced-air circulation, high-density glass-fiber insulation and an energy-efficient heating system ensure uniform temperature distribution and ±0.5°C stability.
