Overview
Labotemp Ozone Test Chamber LOC-102 is a 500 L system engineered for controlled ozone exposure testing of rubber, elastomer and polymer specimens. It delivers precise environmental control — temperature up to +100°C, humidity 30%–98% RH and adjustable ozone concentration from 1 to 1000 PPHM — with an airflow range up to 60 L/min. Combined static and rotating sample holders ensure uniform 360° exposure for reproducible accelerated aging and durability evaluation.

Control & Safety
The chamber is equipped with a programmable color LCD touch controller supporting Ethernet/PC Link for remote monitoring and data logging. Temperature is measured with a PTR PT100 platinum resistance sensor (A-class) for high accuracy. A mechanical compression refrigeration system provides stable cooling. A silent-discharge ozone generator supplies controlled ozone output; exhaust with activated carbon filtration and safety interlocks protect operators during and after test cycles.
