Overview
Labotemp Ozone Test Chamber LOC-102 is a 500 L test system engineered for controlled ozone exposure of rubber, elastomer and polymer specimens. The chamber provides precise temperature control up to +100°C, humidity control from 30% to 98% RH, ozone concentration range 1–1000 PPHM and adjustable airflow to 60 L/min. Static and combined dynamic rotating sample holders ensure uniform 360° exposure across multiple specimens for reproducible accelerated aging and durability testing.

Control & Safety
Programmable color LCD touch-screen controller with Ethernet/PC Link for monitoring and data acquisition. PTR PT100 platinum resistance sensor for high-precision temperature measurement. Mechanical compression refrigeration for stable cooling. Silent-discharge ozone generator with integrated exhaust and carbon filtration to remove residual ozone safely. Built-in safety interlocks and alarm functions support extended test cycles.
