Labotemp Ozone Test Chamber LOC-104 is a 1000L-capacity system engineered for accelerated ozone aging and durability testing of rubber, elastomer and polymer specimens. The chamber supports combined static and rotating sample holders to ensure uniform 360° ozone exposure, enabling consistent assessment of cracking, degradation and material performance for automotive, cable, sealing and industrial applications.

Control and Safety
The LOC-104 is equipped with a programmable color LCD touch-screen controller for precise regulation and monitoring of ozone concentration, temperature and humidity. Stable airflow, an efficient silent-discharge ozone generator and an integrated exhaust remove residual ozone to protect operators. The design incorporates robust sensors and safety interlocks for reliable, repeatable operation in laboratory and production environments.
