Labotemp Thermal Cyclic Chamber LCC-104 is a 1000 L environmental test chamber engineered for accelerated thermal cycling and high-volume reliability testing of industrial products, electronic systems, automotive and aerospace components, and large test batches. The chamber reproduces rapid temperature transitions to evaluate thermal endurance, dimensional stability and long-term performance under controlled conditions.

Control and performance
The system features a programmable color LCD touchscreen controller for precise test profile configuration and real-time monitoring. Ethernet and PC Link enable remote control and data logging. Temperature stability is maintained within ±2.0°C deviation and ±0.5°C fluctuation. Heating and cooling rates reach up to 5°C/min, supported by a mechanical compression refrigeration system to ensure reliable cooling across the specified ranges.

Safety and construction
The chamber integrates multiple protections including over-temperature, over-current, refrigerant high-pressure and earth-leakage safeguards to support long-duration, secure operation. The exterior is fabricated from coated steel plate and the interior from SUS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy maintenance.
