- The C201H Oxygen Transmission Rate Tester by Labthink is a laboratory OTR analyzer using a coulometric (equal-pressure) oxygen sensor to measure oxygen transmission of films, sheets and packaging containers with high precision and conformity to ASTM D3985.

Test principle
- Sample is sealed between two chambers; oxygen diffuses through the sample and is carried by high‑purity nitrogen to the coulometric sensor; measured concentration is used to calculate OTR.
Standards
- Designed to comply with ASTM D3985; compatible with ASTM F1307, GB/T 19789, GB/T 31354, DIN 53380‑3, JIS K7126‑2‑B, YBB 00082003.

- Films and sheets: single‑layer and multi‑layer films, metallized and laminated films.
- Packaging containers: bottles, pouches, cans, Tetra Pak, tubes, closures and other finished packages.

- Temperature range: 15–50 °C (±0.2 °C). Humidity range: 35–90% RH ±2% (0% and 100% optional).
- Film test area: 4.2" × 4.2" (10.6 × 10.6 cm). Film thickness ≤ 120 mil (3 mm). Container size ≤ Φ100 mm × 250 mm; bottle neck Φ15–Φ65 mm.
- Gas requirements: N2 99.999% (carrier), O2 99.5% (source) — user supplied; source pressure ≥ 40.6 PSI / 280 kPa. Port: 1/8" metal tubing.
- Dimensions: 26.7" H × 14.9" W × 22.8" D (68 × 38 × 58 cm). Power: 120 VAC ±10% 60 Hz / 220 VAC ±10% 50 Hz. Net weight ≈ 68 kg.
