The C206H Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) Test System is a laboratory instrument based on the coulometric sensor method (in accordance with ASTM D3985) for automated, high-accuracy measurement of oxygen transmission through films, sheets, paper and other packaging materials.

Test principle- A preconditioned specimen is clamped in the test cell; oxygen/air flows on one side while high‑purity nitrogen flows on the other. Oxygen molecules permeating the specimen are carried to the coulometric sensor, which analyzes the signal and calculates oxygen transmission rate and related parameters.
