Description

Overview
Ivesta 3 Greenough stereo microscopes are designed for industrial visual inspection and rework. They combine Greenough stereo optics with apochromatic correction and FusionOptics technology to provide high resolution and extended depth of field for reliable, repeatable inspection results.

Boost inspection efficiency
The optical concept delivers clear 3D perception with reduced need for refocusing. A long working distance allows comfortable handling and the use of tools under the objective, speeding up inspection and rework cycles.

Key optical advantages
  • FusionOptics technology — high resolution combined with up to 3× larger depth of field for improved 3D perception.
  • Reduced refocusing — relevant details visible at a glance to save operator time.
  • Wide zoom range — 9:1 ratio for quick transition from overview to detail.
  • High magnification — up to 55× with apochromatic correction for fine-detail inspection.

Sample handling and ergonomics
Large clearance under the objective (up to 122 mm working distance) enables comfortable manipulation and use of hand tools during inspection or rework.

Reproducibility and traceability
Features that support standardized procedures and reduce human error:
  • Click-stops for reproducible zoom settings.
  • Displayed zoom factor during imaging.
  • Encoded zoom — zoom factor and magnification saved automatically with image data.

Integrated imaging and collaboration
Models with an integrated 12 MP camera provide live display and documentation. High frame rate (up to 60 fps) ensures smooth live imaging and fast auto exposure helps differentiate bright and dark sample areas, facilitating rapid team decisions.

Configurations
Available as inspection-only (no camera), integrated camera (digital sharing), or C‑mount variant (camera-ready) to match workshop needs.

Software
Camera-equipped microscopes use the Enersight platform for inspection, measurement and image sharing on a single interface, reducing training time.
