Gas panels are used in central gas supply systems to reduce the high primary pressure in the cylinders to the required secondary pressure at the point of use. All the panels in our D (for double) REDLINE series are especially suitable for non-corrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration (ppm/ppb) of corrosive components. These double panels handle two banks at a time. Similar to single panels, one or more packages can also be connected to each bank. When the packages on the active side are empty, the operator switches over manually to the other bank, and the full cylinder(s) or bundle(s) connected on that side maintain delivery. The D 60 is a double gas panel with a diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator. The gas supply is uninterrupted during cylinder changes with the operator switching between banks manually. This panel can be equipped with a contact gauge for automatic monitoring and can work at primary pressures up to 60 bar (870 psi). The outlet pressure range extends from 0.5 bar (7 psi) to 14 bar (203 psi). The D 200 is a double gas panel with a diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator. The gas supply is uninterrupted during cylinder changes with the operator switching between banks manually. This panel can be equipped with a contact gauge for automatic monitoring and can work at primary pressures up to 230 bar (3,336 psi). The D 300 double gas panel comes with a diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator. The gas supply is uninterrupted during cylinder changes with the operator switching between banks manually.
