Gas panels are used in central gas supply systems to reduce the high primary pressure in the cylinders to the required secondary pressure at the point of use. All the panels in our S (for single) REDLINE series are especially suitable for non-corrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration (ppm/ppb) of corrosive components. These single panels handle one bank at a time, which can have one or more packages connected thanks to extension modules. When the packages connected to the bank are empty, they have to be changed out. The S 60 is a single gas panel with a diaphragm pressure regulator. It can be equipped with a contact gauge for automatic monitoring and can work at primary pressures up to 60 bar (870 psi). The S 200 is a single gas panel with a diaphragm pressure regulator. It can be equipped with a contact gauge for automatic monitoring and can work at primary pressures up to 230 bar (3,336 psi).
