The point of use (POU) is the second stage of a central gas supply system. All of our REDLINE POUs are especially suitable for non-corrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration (ppm/ppb) of corrosive components.
Combined with manual or semi-automatic gas manifold, POUs create a very stable outlet pressure, handling any pressure changes due to fluctuations between the secondary and primary side. Our REDLINE system is modular, so you are free to design your gas installation to better fit your specific needs. Each POU can be individually equipped or stripped of functions such as "shut-off", "pressure regulation" and "flow regulation".
The B 40 POU is designed for bench installations. It can be equipped as a shut-off valve (type A), as a regulator with a shut-off valve (type B) or as a regulator with a shut-off and control valve (type C). The maximum primary pressure is 40 bar (580 psi).
The W 40 POU is designed for wall installations. It can be equipped as a shut-off valve (type A), as a regulator with a shut-off valve (type B) or as a regulator with a shut-off and control valve (type C). The maximum primary pressure is 40 bar (580 psi).
The W 50 POU is a diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator designed for wall installations. It is equipped with a shut-off valve and detachable connection between the pre-shut-off and pressure regulator. The maximum primary pressure is 50 bar (725 psi) and the outlet pressure ranges from 0.1 bar (1.5 psi) to 10 bar (145 psi).
