Like manual panels, semi-automatic gas panels reduce the high primary pressure at the source to the required secondary pressure at the point of use. All the panels in our REDLINE A series are especially suitable for non-corrosive gases up to 6.0 purity (99.9999%) as well as gas mixtures with a low concentration (ppm/ppb) of corrosive components. Semi-automatic panels handle two banks at a time, with one or more packages connected to each bank thanks to extension modules. When the pressure on the active side reaches a preset value, the manifold automatically switches over to the other side, where full packages are ready for use. This means the operator can change the empty gas cylinders without interrupting the gas flow. The A 60 is a double gas panel with a diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator. It is a semi-automatic gas panel designed for uninterrupted gas supply thanks to the automatic switchover. This panel can be equipped with a contact gauge for automatic monitoring and can work at primary pressures up to 60 bar (870 psi). The outlet pressure ranges from 14 bar (203 psi) to 50 bar (725 psi). The A 200 is a double gas panel with a diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator. It is a semi-automatic gas panel designed for uninterrupted gas supply thanks to the automatic switchover. This panel can be equipped with a contact gauge for automatic monitoring and can work at primary pressures up to 230 bar (3,336 psi). The outlet pressure range goes from 14 bar (203 psi) to 50 bar (725 psi). This double gas panel with a diaphragm single-stage pressure regulator is a semi-automatic gas panel designed for uninterrupted gas supply thanks to the automatic switchover.
