Our BASELINE portfolio includes the full range of equipment required for centralized gas distribution systems. BASELINE stretches from wall-mounted automatic switchover gas panels to shut-off valves and furniture-mounted point-of-use regulators. All BASELINE devices are designed for use with high-purity gases up to 5.0 (99.999%) grade and gas mixtures with component content at % level.
Our BASELINE semi-automatic panels are designed for uninterrupted supply of compressed or condensed gases. Like manual panels, semi-automatic gas panels reduce the high primary pressure in the cylinders to the required secondary pressure at the point of use. When the pressure on one side falls below a preset level, the system switches over automatically to the other connected packages. This is achieved by means of two integrated regulators (factory-set to slightly different delivery pressure levels), which are connected at their outlet ports.
The point of use (POU) is the second stage of a central gas supply system. Our BASELINE portfolio of POUs comprises two different models made from nickel (Ni) or chrome (Cr) plated brass.
The W 30A is a shut-off valve mounted on a stainless steel plate. It is used where no pressure regulating function is required. The maximum working pressure is 40 bar (580 psi).
The W 30B POU is intended for wall mounting with an external gas supply line. It includes a low-pressure diaphragm stainless steel regulator and a process gas shut-off valve. The maximum primary pressure is 40 bar (580 psi) and the outlet pressure ranges from 0.1 bar (1.5 psi) to 10.5 bar (152 psi).
