We have a wide choice of BASELINE® panels, outlets and accessories for centralized gas installations delivering high-purity gases and gas mixtures with component content at % level to the point of use
Installation Equipment for Regular Laboratory Applications
Our BASELINE portfolio includes the full range of equipment required for centralized gas distribution systems. BASELINE stretches from wall-mounted automatic switchover gas panels to shut-off valves and furniture-mounted point-of-use regulators. All BASELINE devices are designed for use with high-purity gases up to 5.0 (99.999%) grade and gas mixtures with component content at % level.
We offer a range of precision-engineered inline pressure regulators that give you the flexibility you need to closely tailor your centralized gas supply system to your requirements.
The R 104/1 is ideal for secondary pressure control of non-corrosive, high-purity compressed or liquefied gases or for point of use (POU) pressure control in high-purity gas distribution systems up to grade 5.0 (99.999%). The stainless steel version should be used for high-purity or corrosive gases. R 104/1 can be plain or equipped with a diaphragm valve (type A) or a needle valve (type B). The maximum primary pressure is 210 bar (3,046 psi) and the outlet pressure ranges from 0 bar (0 psi) to 35 bar (508 psi).
The R 30 is a four-port, single-stage low-pressure regulator equipped with a pressure gauge to monitor the adjustable secondary line pressure. It contains a relief valve as an additional safety device. The maximum primary pressure is 50 bar (725 psi) and the outlet pressure range extends from 0 bar (0 psi) to 10.5 bar (152 psi).
