Additional safety note
Footrests on patient chairs are designed to be used as support during examination; chairs are delivered with footrests raised for transport only and should be left open during use. Do not move the chair up or down with the footrest raised. While using electromechanical parts, ensure patient position prevents contact with moving parts (chair movement, armrest, table top, phoropter arm sliding/rotating).
