Product overview
The LV-222™ endoscope cleaning station is designed to perform automated pre-washing of endoscopes and includes the integrated ER-221 channel reprocessing system. Constructed primarily from stainless steel, the unit autonomously handles filling and draining of water and precise dosing of chemicals for each washing phase to prevent recirculation of contaminated liquids and reduce risk of self-contamination. Ergonomic counters facilitate operator tasks and optimal instrument placement in the basins.

Work space composition

• Basin for chemical dilution and a washing basin equipped with a mixer tap and spray gun for water or compressed air
• Front section equipped with honeycombed sliding doors

Standard dimensions
Standard dimensions (W×D×H): 200 × 95 × 85 cm. LV-222™ is customizable in size and number of washing and dilution basins. The optical barcode reader can be mounted inside a basin.

Sink version
The LV-222™ is also available with a Corian top as an alternative to the standard stainless steel worktop.
