The SALVAFIX® Memory PRO Independent Restraint Harness is designed to prevent vertical sliding and sudden or violent sit-ups, reducing the risk of self-injury or harm to others. Its thoracic strap keeps the harness firmly in place, preventing loosening or slipping. Unlike other models, this harness can be used independently, without an additional belt, and allows the straps to be placed in parallel, avoiding contact with the neck and reducing pressure on the sternum, which improves patient comfort. It is made of 100% polyester straps with internal reinforcements in critical areas, stainless steel eyelets, ultrasonic perforation, and finished with a soft-touch blue trim for prolonged use without discomfort. The closure system includes a stainless steel metal pivot, a cylindrical Polycarbonate/ABS button, and is unlocked with a magnetic key with centering guide, equipped with a neodymium magnet housed in a blue polyamide component.
