Description

The design of the X3725 offers product-specific guide rails for consistent product presentation to the system. Ensuring maximum detection and rejection of physically contaminated packs on an integrated reject conveyor. Offering High Versatility of Detection The X3725 reliably inspects and rejects non-conforming products that utilize our unique proprietary X-ray software ContamPlusTM. Optimizing Detection Capabilities Full-length, product-specific guide rails guarantee consistent product presentation into the X-ray system, thus ensuring optimal detection. Improving OEE Production uptime is enhanced through connectivity options that allow interaction with the X3725 and access to statistics, images and reports. Protecting Products at High Speeds The X3725 is capable of inspecting tall, rigid, and flexible packaging at up to 800 products per minute for physical contaminants, plus product and packaging integrity. Complying with Industry Standards The X3725 offers full compliance with a range of international safety standards, including ISO, while offering enhanced user functionality. Safeguarding Product Rejection At high line speeds, the X3725 accurately and securely forwards faulty products to a driven reject table, which then houses them in a lockable location without damaging the packaging. This allows for further investigation and potential reworks.
