Planmeca Emerald® S is a compact intraoral scanner designed to capture digital impressions quickly and accurately. Its lightweight, ergonomic body enhances clinician and patient comfort and supports workflows across prosthodontics, orthodontics and implantology.

Workflow and integration
Emerald S integrates into chairside CAD/CAM workflows for patient documentation, treatment planning and restoration design/manufacturing. The scanner can be used entirely in-house or in collaboration with external laboratories and service providers.

Compatible with a wide range of orthodontic solution providers and service providers for clear aligners and sleep apnoea devices; scan data can be used for orthodontic planning and appliance fabrication.
