Overview The chemagic Viral DNA/RNA 300 Kit H96 is the optimal choice for viral nucleic acid isolation from various sample materials. Plasma, serum, saliva and transport media from naso- or oropharyngeal swabs can be used directly in aliquots of 300 μl per isolation. Sample material from dried swabs, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) and sputum must be liquefied before use. Using the chemagic 96 Rod Head, the chemagic Viral DNA/RNA 300 Kit H96 can be used for 96 samples per run.
