Description

Product description
D354 valve with oleo-pneumatic actuator is designed to maintain the highest level of gas purity. No particles are generated thanks to its tied diaphragm technology, and gas wetted volume is minimized for UHP applications. The valve is suitable for ultra-high-purity, corrosive, reactive and toxic gases; the oleo-pneumatic actuator increases seat closure force for dependable sealing at high working pressures.

Key advantages
  • Tied diaphragm design with minimal gas wetted volume
  • Combined soft and metal seat design with low permeation rate
  • Threaded weep hole for pipe away connections
  • Strong closing force with the use of a hydraulic amplifier
