Description
The D356 UHP cylinder valve with oleo-pneumatic actuator is engineered for Ultra High Purity highly oxidizing and reactive gases. The tied diaphragm design minimizes gas-wetted volume while metal-to-metal sealing reduces contamination risk. The oleo-pneumatic actuator combined with a hydraulic amplifier increases seat closure force for secure shutoff and safe operation.
