Product descriptionD389S UHP cylinder valve is designed to maintain maximum gas purity. The tied-diaphragm sealing and tight diaphragm technology prevent particle generation in gas-wetted parts. The valve uses an oleo-pneumatic actuator to increase seat closing force while minimizing gas-wetted volume, making it suitable for pure and ultra-pure gases.
