Indication: The MENIX® Duo System is for arthroscopic meniscal repair and allograft transplantation procedures. Description: The MENIX® Duo meniscal suture system is an “all-inside” meniscal repair device. Each non-absorbable implant includes two anchors connected by a pre-mounted suture in a single-use launcher. Each anchor is pre-mounted on a needle to allow its deployment through the meniscus. A transparent sheath acts as a depth penetration limiter and as a protection for users. • Precision: Two locking positions & laser marks on the pin to control the insertion depth • Less invasive: Knotless technique and 0.6 mm anchor thickness • Reliability: The pull-out strength is > 50N • Safety: The transparent cannula protects the user Materials: - Implants Anchor: PEEK Suture: UHWPE - Launcher Needle: steel Transparent cannula: Polyamide Handle & button: Polycarbonate Specific: There is a similar system, MENIX®, consisting only of an anchor associated with a suture.
