Overview
The S Ceramic kit converts Schick milling machines quickly and easily for wet grinding/milling of ceramics. The solution is also compatible with many other manufacturers' milling units and combines a water-cooled T100 turbine, suction system and dedicated accessories to protect the workpiece, the machine and the operator.

Turbine
The turbine T100 replaces the motor spindle and delivers a speed of 300,000 rpm. It is equipped with Schick lighting technology and designed for water cooling to minimize temperature-related microcracking in ceramic materials.

• Optional diamond tool set for turbine (Ø 1.6 mm, 8 pcs)

Suction
The ergonomic suction tub combined with the special water separator captures and removes arising dust and water spray. The system can be used with standard single or central extraction systems or connected to a wet-dry vacuum cleaner, ensuring effective protection for the operator and the milling unit.
