Description

Fully Automatic Digital Medical Gas Manifold (Mazor-AU) The SILBERMANN Fully Automatic Medical Manifold system is a new approach to medical gas management. It employs advanced electronic system technology that redefines the state-of-art for modern health care facilities. We designed this system to be reliable and to supply continuous gas flow and smooth automatic bank switchover by means of pneumatic shuttle valve. The Mazor-AU is designed for backups or as a main supply system where central systems are not available. Features The fully automatic changeover unit is designed for continuous supply and smooth automatic bank switchover by means of pneumatic shuttle valve. In addition to the shuttle valve, the cabinet contains the line pressure indicators, seven segment display, a set of by-pass valves for manual operation in case of malfunction and an electronic control board. The Mazor-AU Model has an alarm panel with a “BELOW MIN” alarm to indicate leakage in manifolds. LED indicators for “READY”, “IN USE” and “EMPTY” banks, high/low line supply pressure, test and mute speaker buttons. Switch button. A facility for displaying alarms on two separate remote main alarm panels and a communication port RS485 Modbus are provided. The SILBERMANN Mazor-AU is a two source fully automatic medical gas manifold designed to meet the NFPA99, or HTM 02-01, or ISO7396-1, or G-01 requirements.
