Fully Automatic Digital Medical Gas Manifold (Mazor-XT) The SILBERMANN Fully Automatic Medical Manifold system is a new approach to medical gas management. It employs advanced electronic system technology that redefines the state-of-art for modern health care facilities. We designed this system to be reliable and to supply continuous gas flow and smooth automatic bank switchover by means of pneumatic shuttle valve. The Mazor-XT is designed for backups of central supply system where high capacities of gas flow is required. Features The fully automatic changeover unit is designed for continuous supply and smooth automatic bank switchover by means of pneumatic shuttle valve. In addition to the shuttle valve, the cabinet contains the line pressure indicators, seven segment display, a set of by-pass valves for manual operation in case of malfunction and an electronic control board. Technical Data ■ Cabinet With Door: ■ Material – galvanized steel. ■ Dimensions – 80x100x22 cm. ■ Finish – baked on powder painted. ■ Piping System: All materials are oxygen compatible and cleaned for oxygen use. ■ Changeover Unit: Pneumatic. ■ Computerizes electronic unit. ■ Indicators: Green,Yellow and Red LEDs ■ Electrical power supply unit installed on the external side of the cabinet. The unit enables automatic connection of 3 supplies: ■ Supply from the mains. ■ Supply from external UPS net. ■ Supply from batteries (Optional) ■ Power Supply: 110-220V, 60-50Hz. ■ Output connections for local alarms: Two sets of dry contacts NO/NC. ■ Flow Capacity: At 4 bar - 110 m3/hr
