Description

Introduction
The GIT-WLAN Glove Integrity Tester is a positive-pressure, automated device designed to verify the sealing integrity of gloves and sleeves used in isolators and RABS. It can be fitted with test ports matching the isolator's operation ports and provides automatic pass/fail results without manual intervention. Wireless data transfer and automated identification streamline routine integrity checks for aseptic production environments.
Key features
  • Computer-controlled operation with LCD display for test status and results.
  • Compact, lightweight design for easy placement on isolators or transfer trolleys.
  • Supports on-line (in-situ) and off-line test modes; built-in memory stores test records for later export.
  • Simultaneous testing capability for multiple gloves or sleeves (in-situ).
  • WiFi wireless connection for data transfer to PC; supports secure record keeping.
  • RFID chip integration for automatic glove identification; glove ID included in test reports.
  • Built-in pump for glove inflation — no external compressed air required.
  • Multiple test setup procedures to adapt to different glove geometries and test protocols.
  • Reference standards: GB/T 25915.7-2010 and ISO 14644-7:2004.
  • Software designed to comply with 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records and signatures.

Compliance
Designed to support pressure‑decay test methodologies referenced in ISO 14644-7 (Annex E.5). Aligns with EU GMP Annex 1 (2022) recommendations for routine leak testing of glove systems in isolators and RABS and supports applicable FDA Guidance for Industry on physical integrity testing.
Applications
  • Pharmaceutical and biotechnology aseptic production — routine glove and sleeve integrity verification.
  • Food industry safety control where aseptic barrier integrity is required.
  • High‑risk industrial processes requiring verified glove/sleeve containment.
