The LA PCR Genome DNA Set is designed for use as controls in long-range PCR and enables the optimization of PCR conditions for a wide variety of templates. The set includes templates that are highly purified, high molecular weight genomic DNA from human and E. coli, and corresponding primers. This set includes highly purified, high molecular weight human genomic DNA and E. coli genomic DNA, along with appropriate primers. These templates and primers are suitable for use as controls for the LA Taq PCR Kit and other LA Taq products when optimizing PCR conditions for a variety of templates.
