Installation- Step 1: Fix the motor control PC board inside the dental unit instrument tray box and connect a 4‑hole handpiece tubing to the control board.
- Step 2: Connect the motor tubing to the control board motor port and mount the motor on the handpiece pylons.
- Step 3: Connect power to the control panel, switch on, remove the motor; control is via foot pedal.
Operation instruction- 1. Panel signs indicate power and function statuses.
- 2. Turn on the main switch; light indicates motor running.
- 3. Press the speed adjust button to change RPM.
- 4. Press REV to change rotation: green = clockwise, orange = counter-clockwise.
- 5. Press and hold REV for 3 seconds to enable/disable reverse.
- 6. Select the correct rate button (16:1, 1:1, 1:5) to match the contra-angle head; the selected rate lights up.
WarningsDo not press REV while the motor is running.
Maintenance- Wipe motor and control panel daily with alcohol to maintain hygiene.
- Do not use strongly oxidized/ionized water, hydrogen peroxide or aggressive chemical disinfectants for cleaning or soaking.
- Replace damaged O-rings promptly.
- Clean motor surface before autoclave; autoclave at 121°C for 20 min or 132°C for 15 min.
- Working pressure: 0.2 MPa. Cooling-air flow rate: 65 mL/min. Continuous operation: up to 60 min, then rest 5 min.
