Step 1: Place 4 drops of reagent A, then 4 drops of reagent B in the extraction tube.
Step 2: Introduce the swab into the tube, and perform about ten rotations.
Step 3: Remove the swab by pressing it against the sides of the tube.
Step 4: Immerse the strip in the tube
Step 5: Note that a positive result can appear from the first minute. Do not take into account the appearance of a band beyond 15 minutes after immersion of the test.
