Description

Test allowing the differential detection of influenza virus type A & B Toda Infludiag A&B ® is a rapid immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of type A and type B influenza viruses in nasal swab or nasal aspirate specimens. Innovation – individual vial ready to use for each test Test Features Technical characteristics: Box of 10 tests individually wrapped for optimal use of the kit Box comprising 10 tests 10 cassette format tests 10 swabs 10 vials of diluent Detailed instructions Step 1: Take a nasal or nasopharyngeal aspirate sample and immerse the swab in the vial. Discharge the swab by pressing the tip of the swab into the diluent. Then remove the swab Step 2: After recovering the test by opening the aluminum sachet, pour 3 drops into the well. Step 3: Read the result after 15 minutes. Note that a positive result can appear from the first minute. Do not take into account the appearance of a band beyond 15 minutes after A colored band at the level of the zone (C) allows an internal control of the procedure. The test is positive for Influenza A if two lines appear at zone (C) and zone (A). The test is positive for Influenza B if two lines appear at zone (C) and zone (B). The test is positive for Influenza A & B if three lines appear at area (C) and area (A) and (B). The test is negative, if only line at area (C) appears. The test is insignificant if no line appears or only a test line appears.immersion of the test.
