Product description
TopAir vertical laminar flow clean benches provide a controlled, particle‑filtered workspace meeting Class 100 / ISO 5 cleanliness. Units draw ambient air, pass it through a HEPA filter via a fan, and direct filtered air downward across the work area to protect products and processes requiring a clean environment. All models are tested to USA Federal Standard 209E, ISO 14644-1 and CE requirements.

Structure

• Hood in 8 mm welded polypropylene with high chemical resistance

• 5 mm safety glass front with counterweight system for easy opening

Integrated Particle Monitoring System (IPMS)
The IPMS performs continuous, real‑time particle concentration measurement and displays compliance with ISO‑5. The system issues alerts when particle counts indicate contamination or when service is required, enabling proactive maintenance and process control.

Red Light Alert
On air velocity failure the internal red light activates and the system automatically shuts down. The visual alert enables remote detection of faults and facilitates notification for operators, including users with hearing impairment.
