Description
Compact horizontal laminar clean bench designed to deliver a controlled ISO 5 / Class 100 workspace for aseptic and contamination-sensitive tasks. Unit intakes room air, forces it through an H14 HEPA filter via a fan, and directs filtered air across the work area from a rear plenum to maintain unidirectional downward flow. Tested to USA Federal Standard 209E, ISO 14644-1 and CE requirements.

Structure

• 8 mm welded polypropylene hood with high chemical resistance
• Stainless steel 304 worktop (SS316 optional)
• 5 mm safety front glass with counterweight; side windows for improved visibility
• Optional Integrated Particle Monitoring System (IPMS)

Integrated Particle Monitoring System (IPMS)
The IPMS provides continuous, real-time particle concentration measurement and displays ISO-5 compliance status. The system issues alerts when particle levels exceed set thresholds, enabling timely service or intervention.

Red Light Alert
In case of air velocity failure the unit activates an internal red light and performs an automatic shutdown. Remote visibility of the red alert facilitates rapid detection of faults and assists operators with hearing impairments.
