Description

Product Description
This model extends from the radial artery to the branches of the coronary arteries. It includes an optimized radial artery, aortic arch, left and right coronary arteries, diagonal branch, left anterior descending branch (LAD), circumflex branch, etc. The left and right coronary arteries are supported on a transparent rigid heart which creates more space for coronary arteries. The model adopts a modular design and can be freely connected to or detached from other Trandomed intracranial models, abdominal vascular models, and lower extremity arterial models through customized connectors. The three modules can be customized and replaced according to intended applications and specific requirements.

Design and Lesion Customization
  • The model can be customized with interchangeable small vascular segments representing common lesions in different coronary branches; common lesions include stenosis, bifurcation, calcification, and CTO. Through customized transparent connectors, those small vascular segments with lesions can be replaced; in addition, the whole left or right coronary artery can be replaced as well.
  • Recommended arteries for replaceable stenosis lesion at different rates: LAD, LCX and mid-segment of the right coronary artery.

Product Applications
  • Simulating common coronary lesions such as stenosis, calcification, bifurcation, CTO, coronary artery embolism, and PCI procedures.
  • Development, testing, and validation of various coronary intervention devices including catheters, guidewires, microcatheters, micro guidewires, stents, balloons, etc.
  • Demonstrations, training, and marketing of various coronary intervention devices.
  • Quantitative blood flow analysis, including CTA, DSA, MRA, OCT, PIV, and other imaging and flow measurement methods.

Custom Service Options
  • Length, severity, and location of coronary artery stenosis, bifurcation lesions, and occlusions can be customized according to requirements.
  • The aortic arch can be customized as Type I, Type II, Type III, or other anatomical variants.
  • Custom-manufacturing based on CAD, STL, STP, STEP, or other customer-provided data files is available.
