Description

CRP, an acute-phase protein, exhibits a non-specific surge in concentration during inflammatory processes, whether infectious or non-infectious. Given its association with pathological changes, CRP serves as a versatile indicator for diagnosing infections and inflammation. Furthermore, CRP is instrumental in monitoring post-treatment or post-surgery infection development in patients. The iProtin Reader adeptly captures these changes, enabling precise determination of CRP concentrations in whole blood. Product Performance Properties (1) Linearity range Whole Blood: CRP 0.2~10 mg/dL. (2) Limit of Quantitation (LOQ) LOQ is the concentration when the analyst has a precision coefficient of variation (CV) of 20%: 0.05 mg/dL. Follow the CLSI EP17-A Guidelines. (3) Precision Within-group reproducibility: follow the CLSI EP5-A2 Guidelines; 4 whole blood samples are tested 20 times while obtaining the same determination. (Please contact manufacturer for more informaiton) Storage conditions: Ambient temperature: 2~24 ℃; relative humidity: < 85% Expiration date: One year under standard storage conditions, as indicated by the expiration date on the outside of the foil package.
